Captivate swf not functioning properly in Engage

I have created a popup using captivate, in that popup there is a video imported but when the captivate published swf is inserted in the Articulate Engage then the video inside the popup doesnt work. Please help me out.
This is the captivate swf output:
And this one is the engage output were the popup works but the video is not displayed:

what version of captivate are you using?
Captivate 4. I have also tried to insert the publish swf from captivate 5 but it was not working.
