Conversation inetraction in Engage showing very small thumbnail image

Currently the conversation in Engage interaction is showing very small thumbnail image. Can this be make it better/bigger show that it should show a bigger image any customization option avilable for this interaction to  make the character smaller, medium, bigger. This update feature will be appreciated if added by Articulate.
