copying engage files

Hello,

I'd like to know the best practice for copying Presenter and Engage files from English to French. In a recent project I copied English Presenter and Engage files to a French folder and then manipulating the engages files in the French folder and found French engage turned to French when I published.

I'd like to know what the best practice is when moving files in this manner...

Hi Aftab,

I'd recommend opening Engage, opening the interaction file, & then choosing a File > Save As. This will make a copy of the original interaction file (English) and save it as the new one.

So once the copied file is saved (with a new French name), how do you recommend linking it to the Presenter (PPT) file? Going to Articulate > Engage Interaction > Add Existing ?

You can add it that way or just publish it to Presenter as your normally would:
