I have an issue with audio skipping when I publish my course. When I listen to the interaction in Engage, the audio plays fine. The interactions are embedded into a PowerPoint that has other content. The audio recorded in the PPT plays fine. However, when I publish the content in LMS format, the interactions audio skips or cuts out and advances to the next panel. I have opened a case, number 01391039, but was interested to hear if anyone else has suggestions as I'm up against a timeline.
I see Renato shared a SCORM Cloud link with you, and you still heard the audio skipping when testing that link. Is that right? What web browser did you use while testing that link?
I'm still waiting on assistance. The audio skips in our test LMS system; however, I can listen to Renato's without a problem. Please help! I have a deadline. Thank you in advance.
