Hi, Tiago -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! Can you please confirm that you have followed the steps here to change the player's resume behavior?
Have you added this as a part of a Presenter course? If so, the Presenter course will control the resume behavior for the entire elements so you'd have to set it there. If you're still having difficulty we'll want to take a look and you can share the individual .intr file if its a standalone set up or if you're using it in a Presenter course please use the directions here to create a Presenter package.
The Presenter part of the course was set to prompt the user to resume. So that will override the Engage/Quizmaker settings as detailed here. If it's just the quiz that's part of a Presenter course you want the users to retry, use a graded result slide in the quiz, and mark the box to Allow user to retry quiz.
