I have an Engage interaction (labelled graphic) that contains a hyperlink to another Engage interaction (labelled graphic). Both appear in standalone popup windows and both sit on Sharepoint. When I test the hyperlink in the source file it opens the other interaction. When I preview it however, nothing happens, and when I publish it and reupload it to Sharepoint I get a message that says 'Cannot find '(null)'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.'
Could this be related to the fact that they are both standalone windows? Any advice would be appreciated.
I think I figured it out. It was related to the length of the hyperlink, which was 171 characters. Because there were spaces in the file and folders, it has added in lots of %20. I used Tiny URL to shorten it and it seems to have done the trick.

Hi Sarah and welcome to Heroes,
It sounds like the hyperlink you've created between the interactions is incorrect. What does the hyperlink path look like that you're using?
