I have an engage interaction which by itself seems to work fine.
I insert it into my powerpoint and it can be previewed etc no problem.
I publish and it to LMS and doesn't play, the "egg-timer" (spinny wheel thing) appears and it never goes away.
I have no problems with other interactions and it doesn't seem to matter where I put it in the presentation.
I originally had a special character in the title but I read on another post that this can cause problems so I have resaved it without the special character.
If you still have issues, you may find that the interactions do not load during playback on a Web server or LMS if you have compression enabled on your hosting server. Please review the following article for more information:

Thank you so much! I had special character about two folders up in my publishing location. Removed it and it works. Yippeee
