Hi Jana! Looks like your Engage interaction is within a Presenter Project, which means I will need you to share the Articulate Package as I cannot access the Engage Interaction from the file you shared.
How are you publishing and viewing your content? Since I am unable to replicate, it's hard to understand what may be going on. Please be sure that you are viewing the content in it's intended environment.

Hi Jana!
Would you be able to share your .intr file or your Articulate Package, if applicable, for us to take a look?
Hi,
Hope this helps...please see the 'Introduction' tab, a scroll bar is visible even though all the text can be viewed without scrolling.
Thanks,
Jana

Hi Jana! Looks like you may have responded via e-mail, which does not allow attachments to come through.
It did allow your signature to come through though, so you are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
You can then add your course via the Add Attachments option in your reply :)
Please see the Intorduction tab - all text can be viewed with scrolling but there's still a scroll bar.

Will this work?
Looks like you shared the published output Jana, so I uploaded to test.
I'm not seeing the behavior that you are reporting.

I figured it out! I had some invisble rows below the last sentence so I deleted them using the carriage return and the scroll bar went away!
Ah, very good Jana :) Glad that you were able to get this figured out and thanks for sharing your findings.
