Thanks, Ali. I've learned a bit more about what we actually need. The problem we're seeing is that a module like this one (http://www.igist.com/web/E-Learning_samples/USFS_ModelBuilder_Time_Series/player.html) is not playing on mobile devices. We need an export file from Engage that plays on Android/iOS smartphones and tablets. What export solutions are possible through Engage '09 to remedy this?

Welcome to Heroes and thanks for reaching out to us! Engage '09 doesn't support publishing to a single SWF file. If you'd like to see that as a feature, I would highly recommend submitting a feature request. :)

Hi Alex!
Engage '09 doesn't support HTML5 output, which is what is needed for mobile playback.
Studio '13 would allow this type of publishing.
