I'm embedding a swf file created using Captivate 3 into an Engage interaction, and I'm getting "Request Entity Too Large" errors when I embed this interaction into Presenter and publish the file. When I embed this same movie in a regular slide (either as Flash movie or web object), publish in Presenter, and move the associated files into the correct folders, I can view the movies just fine.
Any idea why I'm getting this error when embedding a swf file within an Engage interaction?
Sure, would be happy to do that. Had to blank out the parts that were confidential (paths and such), but there should be enough for you to go on. Thanks very much for your help!
It looks like your target path is too large. Can you try publishing your presentation to a new folder on your Desktop to see if that resolves the issue?
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.

Hi Rosie,
Can you post a screenshot of the error message that you're receiving? This will help me diagnose the issue.

Am getting a File Not Found error. See attached.

OK, done. I created a very simple example and uploaded it per the instructions you linked to. Thank you!
