HotSpot-type interaction in Studio 13?

Hi,

I'm trying to adjust from using Storyline, to Studio 13 which is a little frustrating - not that 13 isn't great too! The trouble is, I've been spoiled by Storyline's awesomeness and now I want to re-create it.

I'd like to create a hot-spot-type interaction where users have to look at an image (that has no markers or anything for hints), and then click on about 6 places on that image to identify what they think are the safety issues.  Feedback can come click by click (ideally) or all at the end (if necessary).

I'm sure there's a solution - I just may have missed the right tutorial. Any suggestions?  Or any work-arounds to achieve the same result?
