Importing Camtasia video into Engage Interaction

Hi there,
I'm very new to Articulate (and eLearning software, in general). I'm trying to import a short video edited in Camtasia into an Engage Interaction. I've tried a number of things to get this to work (e.g., "produce as" in different configurations, though the standard "web" is what I want), but I only seem able to get the sound to come through, no video. I've tried saving it as a SWF and an FLV file, but each time, I get an error message (something about "_root" files) before it imports the audio and a black screen.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks,
Kris
