Interactions not auto advancing

Some of my interactions are not automatically advancing when the audio narration ends. The slide will freeze and the user has to know to click the forward button.

Am I missing a setting?

Please see at the bottom of this image. This is where the slide freezes, even though the audio is finished.

Hi Dar,

Thanks for the screenshot It could be a corrupt time code. Take a look at this article to see if that will resolve it. If not, we'd be happy to take a look at your files to get a better idea of what's going on.
