When trying to edit my presentation, I sometimes get the message shown below. In the past, I have managed to find the interaction but this time only an older version is present when I browse.
I get the message: unable to access interaction (then name of interaction). Please locate the interaction.
When I go out to find it, only an older version is present.
Hi Liz! It sounds like the interaction file isn't where Presenter expects it to be. I'm not sure if you're working collaboratively with someone or just updating/making changes yourself, but this article gives directions for a workflow. Another thing is making sure that those items are in your package as you intend them to be and that article is here.
