Hi, I added a picture in an engage interaction. The picture is a business card with information. Is there a way that users can print that picture? Thanks!
You could publish your interaction to Word and then hyperlink from the last slide of your interaction to that file for them to print. Think that might work for what you're trying to do?
So I have a question- when I publish an engage, I can right click on a picture and the print option is availble. However when the engage is embedded in a presenter file, I do not have this option. Do you know why? Any way that I can change that?
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner- I was asking around for a reason as to why the option to print an Engage media isn't enabled when it's embedded in Presenter. The answer is: it just simply wasn't enabled. If that's something you'd like to see in future builds, please feel free to share your voice with a feature request. Thanks for your input!
