I have several copies of a published Engage FAQ. ITD changed out the computer with the source files and didn't copy the C: drive. Now I need to change the FAQ. Is there any way to take the published interaction and backload it to Engage?
You cannot do that. If you are just editing the questions and not adding any, you could just open the data.xml file in atext editor and edit it (I would make a copy first in case you make a mistake)
