Why is the sound quality different in Engage than in Presenter? The files sound perfect when just listened through Windows media player - and sound good in Presenter - but sound "tinny" when in Engage.
Hi Wendy - I have just struck the same problem. Sound quality fine in Presenter, but very tinny/echoey when recording in Engage - did you manage to get any feedback on this.
You'll need to open your Engage interaction, go into Interaction Properties > Quality and adjust the quality settings. This will allow you to change the quality of the audio as needed.
