Synching Animations in Engage (possibly Quizmaker??)

I see that there is a way to add audio to Engage interactions, but I am wondering if there is a way to time that animation like you would do in Presenter? I thought perhaps this could be done in Quizmaker, but I don't see a way to time actions there either.
If not, would there be a suggestion as to how to "attach" (for lack of a better term) a standalone piece to another Presenter piece? The client has asked for a Navigation module to be available for each training piece, but don't want it "in" the piece - just as a reference. Currently, I have done this by publishing the Navigation module, and referenced it in the Resources tab that has a URL link.
I would prefer to have it as part of the module instead, if possible.
Ideas?

Syncing animations in Engage/Quizmaker isn't currently possible. Feel free to make a feature request to see it in future versions, though.
For your second query, would inserting your quizzes/interactions as a tab in your Presenter course be helpful for what you're trying to do?
