Hi Juan! The trial is a full version of the software, so this should not be the issue.

Sounds like you may need to conduct a repair so that the software will work correctly. 

Also, be sure that you are working locally on both the software and the project.

I still have bad news, neither engage nor quizmaker are loading my
interactions on Presenter, I tried everythiong, repari, reinstal,
reboot, and nothig,
still I cant build a decent presenter Interactive Course, and I need
this to get the approval on this software, since in november we are
going to have
our LSM already set up, I want this articulate tools, what can I do ??
