After upgrading my software which I hadn't used for a while, I found that each time I selected Engage from the Articulate ribbon, instead of having the option to add or create an Quiz or Engage interaction I repeatedly receive a help pup up regarding How to view, manage, and install add ins from the Options menu. Reluctantly I followed the steps but still to no avail. I came to this site and saw another use was told to repair their software. So I did that too. Still to no end. Getting frustrated and hoping someone can tell my what is happening.
