I did a search, as I was not familiar with ToolBook, and it appears to be a part of Sum Total. That being said, I know that we have users with this set-up.
Were you asking a general question, or were you having difficulty with something in your Engage project?
I'm having a problem getting my Engage Interactions to import into Toolbook. When I use their Flash Player, all I get is a never ending animated load screen.
