1) Quality of visuals when published 2) hyperlinks

Sep 07, 2011

1)  When I publish with articulate for the web, with highest quality graphics, then view it, the quaity of the text and graphics looks splendid.  When other people (with the same type of equipment as mine) view the eLearning, the quality is an issue.  Text is noticably unclear.

Can anyone suggest why this might happen, and therefore, what I can do about it?

2) I inserted graphics with a hyperlink placed on top of it, that lead the learner to our intranet.  It works for me when I publish, opening up a new window and the page opening properly.  But others get no action when they click on the hyperlink, even though the cursor turns into a hand.

Help, please.   I was hoping to post the eLearning on our intranet tonight.  Yikes.

P.S. I used the ipad template, and LOVED it.

Hi Bob,

Regarding your quality issues, I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.

Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Articulate Support - Upload Your Files for Review

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.

Finally, if you can, include a screen shot of what the presentation looks like on the machines that are unreadable.
