I have copied a drupal site from another server and have it set up and running fine, the only issue is the articulate tutorials no longer play. The course player will load but nothing loads within it, just gives me a slide count of 100/160.
I added a file called art_plugin.xml to the player folder which sorted the 404 issue out. However I am still getting a 403 error on the player folder. I thought it was an error with drupal but that doesnt seem to be the case.
I do not have access to the original articulate files for the tutorials I only have the published folders and files.
Have you tried uploading your course to another site to help narrow down where the issue may be? I can't speak to the changes you made to your published output folder, and without the original files it's hard to know how it was published. You could always look at the options here for uploading the content to see how those behave.
Sorry forgot to mention that I put the course onto another site which runs SCORM 1.2 courses which work fine (made in my company's own authoring tool) and the Articulate course still gives the same 403 and 404 errors.
I downloaded the files from an FTP so could have downloaded it in the wrong format! Going to re download the files in the correct format. Will post back here if it works.

Hi Ashley,

Hi Ashley,
Both the 404 and 403 errors have now been resolved but the course still does not load.
If you don't have errors do you still have the 100/160 error on the player sounds like you may have corrupted the xml files
Hi Phil,
Yeah I still have the 100/160 error on the player but no errors being reported via dev tools. How would the files become corrupted?
this is a known issue when the xml files get corrupted http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter-09/content-works-locally-but-doesnt-load-on-a-web-server
Hi Phil,
I downloaded the files from an FTP so could have downloaded it in the wrong format! Going to re download the files in the correct format. Will post back here if it works.
Thanks James for the update and please feel free to keep us posted.
