In Presenter, entry fields or other form elements will not translate to published output. Feel free to make a feature request for future builds, though:
I will second this request on the website. I was trying to put in check boxes (as I can't insert a .quiz into an existing file and size it so that I can see my other contnt as well.) Foiled at every tirn today...I'm going to the website to make the request as well.
