All of Articulate Studio stopped working this morning

I am using Windows 10 Pro with the latest version of Studio. As of this morning, none of my Articulate programs - Presenter, Quizmaker, or Engage - will work. Quizmaker and Engage freeze upon launch. Trying to use Presenter from within PowerPoint 2016 results in nothing.

I have already uninstalled Articulate with the latest version downloaded today, and have even followed the"Erratic Behavior" re-installation procedure for Presenter. Problem persisted.

I re-did the whole process, but even performed an online MS office repair before reinstalling Articulate. The problem persists.

I suspect Microsoft has just updated Windows 10, and it's blocking the programs from running.

Please advise if you have information on this.
