Studio '13 Programs Display Too Small - Windows 8.1

I recently updated to a new computer with Windows 8.1. All of my programs other than those in Studio '13 display fine. When I start any Studio program (Presenter, Quizmaker, etc.) the size of the text and slides are too small to even interact with. It makes the program nearly unusable.

The problem is even worse when I am in Powerpoint and try to do anything with the Articulate menu. For example, when I try to insert a quiz the window that opens is ridiculously small, and again nearly impossible to use. See the attached screenshot.

Has anyone else had this problem with these programs on Windows 8.1 and a 3200 x 1800 display? I have not been able to find a setting that corrects this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
