Android Player Download

Hello,
I am wondering if someone can shed some light on this. I published a course selecting "Include HTML 5" and "Use Articulate mobile Player of iOS and Android" I also have the latest studio updated. I published a course to AbsorbLMS and when I view it on a desktop its great. With iOS devices, the course invokes the player and its seamless. On android devices however it doesn't work, i tried both Chrome and Firefox browser. In Chrome, once I launch the course it just shows broken plugin icon, and in firefox i get a toast notification "couldn't find and app to open this... and offer to search. When I click on Search it looks for "intent" not mobile articulate player. I installed the player manually, with the same result, the presence of the player is not recognized. Could anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Which Android device and operating system are you using? You'll want to use one of the supported options mentioned here.

I definitely have "Android OS 4.1 or later", I have 5.0.2 on the NExus 5 and I actually have the player installed as well.

Can you share a sample of the course here (either a link or the Presenter package) so that we can take a look on some of the Android devices we have access to? I haven't seen either of those errors as you described so I'd want to try to recreate with your file.

I zipped up exactly what I uploaded to AbsorbLMS, just trying to figure out how to send you a link in a PM, not having much luck in that department though lol. Maybe you could let me know how to get it to you. I am sure a link to PM is staring me in the face here somewhere, so - fully prepared to feel stupid.

Thanks Ashley, Presenter package uploaded. Also just an FYI, tried this on both KitKat and Lollipop with the same outcome.
