Answer to Resume Presentation Question

Hi All!
I'm having problems with resume presentation not always working. Students are sometimes forced to start a presentation from slide #1 even if they answer 'Yes' to the prompt that asks if they'd like to resume where they left off.
My question is this: Is there anything in the API calls (e.g. suspend_data file) sent by Articulate that would show how someone answered that Resume Presentation question upon re-entering a presentation? I'd like to be able to identify with certainty those situations where someone answers 'Yes' to the question but is then forced to begin from Slide #1 again.

Hi Steven,
It's possible that it may be something related to the suspend data. Have you tried testing this outside of your LMS? If not, would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.

We can't replicate the issue. I have no doubt that it's an issue with the LMS. It's just a matter of getting them to figure out what the problem is and that's like pulling teeth. I was hoping that the suspend_data file (or something) would appear somewhere in the API logs showing how the user answered the resume presentation prompt that appears when re-entering a previously visited presentation so that I could find situations where someone definitely answered that they would like to resume but were forced to start from the beginning of the presentation anyways.
