Hello,

I am looking for some guidance. Here is the issue.

I am using the Process Engage interaction. The system is automatically sending the user to the next page when I have programmed the Interaction Properties at, "Allow the user to leave interaction: After viewing all steps." After I click on the last tab and a few seconds go by, the system sends me to the next page.

Also, the "Playback > Presentation - interaction advances by itself" is not checked.

Is there some that may be able to provide some insight?.

Hi Karina,

Sounds like you have everything set up properly, from what I can see. How are you testing the presentation when this happens? Does it happen when you're previewing the interaction or after you've published?

If this happens after you've published, please be sure you're testing the content in the environment for which its intended and not locally.

If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:
