Articulate 09 - blank screens can't ‘preview’ via the top tab
May 15, 2014
Hi,
We are having issues how Articulate 09 is displaying. When the action is complete in Articulate and I save the slide within the PowerPoint slide deck it is blank.
Up until a couple of weeks ago, the slides, once saved, would correctly display
We are unable to see any information on the slide and am also no longer able to ‘preview’ via the top tab. In order to check the work and view anything we have to click into Properties at the bottom of the blue slide and then take a number of additional steps. These steps would need to be taken should amendments be required following a QA, but also we are having to take these steps to purely view the slide.
We changed a few months ago to the 32 bit Office 10 but for a while this worked on the new desktop but not now. We have tried deleting and re-inserting but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
As you can appreciate this is time consuming, particularly when you consider how slow the system is.
I have attached a file with the screens. Does anyone know how we can rectify this.

Graham Riding

Hi Graham!
Please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article to fix unexpected or erratic behavior in Articulate Studio '13. I'd recommend starting with the repair that is listed.

Yes, Graham. My mistake for sending on the '13 information instead of the '09 that you needed here.
Many thanks Leslie. I will pass it on to out IT people.
