My installation of Articulate '09 video encoder repeatedly freezes when I try to import a video. All other Articulate products (engage, quizmaker and presenter) are working fine. I have tried reinstalling Articulate and un-installing/reinstalling flash but it still keeps happening. The screen just 'whites out' and is completely unrespnsive when I try to impiort a video and the only way to close it down is to restart the computer - it fails to close from within task manager.
Not sure if you are running into a codec issue or not, but you are welcome to see if this download assists.
Otherwise, you will probably need to share one of your video files so that we can see if it can be reproduced. If it's too large to share here, then you can share here privately.
