Articulate 2013 Ribbon Unresponsive - ENABLED just unresponsive Jan 21, 2015 By michelle ellsworth I installed Articulate 13 update. Ribbon is unresponsive. Visible, but unresponsive - nothing happens when I click any task.I uninstalled Articulate, reinstalled, problem remains. I'm using PPT 2013, 32 bitPlease advise.
