I am a programmer and I've been wondering for a while now if there is an Articulate API that will allow me to communicate between the course wrapper/shell and my Flash content. Does such an API exist and if so, is there documentation on it? Please advise.
I have been developing custom skins with the SDK for some time now and it is a fun challenge and rewarding to make your own interface(s). But fair warning, you have to be knowledgeable in Actionscript 2.0. Actionscript 3.0 is not supported.
Thanks! That is awesome. Somebody with Articulate told me a while back that this didn't exist so I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction. Does anyone have examples of the kinds of capabilities that this opens up? I would love to see some links to custom work!
I used this training to get on my feet... he has some examples on his website as well, and you can google "free articulate custom skins" to download and look at...
I recommend Webducate. The gentleman skyped with me on several occasions to make sure I understood the training and specifics - despite the fact that we were on different continents on some occasions. His service is worth it.
