I'm trying to publish a course and it freezes up on the the same slide. I was able to get it to publish when it did not have any audio tracks, but when I added the tracks it again froze on the same slide. It also creates a footer box on the problem slide when it tries to publish.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
If you are publishing and the publishing wizard becomes unresponsive please review the following article which outlines suggestions to resolve your issue:
Yes, if you've tried everything else (not working off of a network drive, uninstalled and reinstalled Office, reinstall .NET Frameworks (if on Windows XP), disabled UAC if on Vista, uninstall and reinstall the Flash Player), then you'll want to uninstall and reinstall the Articulate software.

If you have Avast antivirus installed, the publishing process may not complete. For more details on this issue, please see:

I've tried both of the fixes listed in the first link. No luck. We don't use Avast so that shouldn't be the problem.
Any other ideas?
