We have had wide spread reports of users having Articulate Courses stall on interactions. Basically they sit and the loading symbol displays and the course can not continue. We thought maybe this was flash related. Some users have no issue and others can launch but not get through the interaction.
Has anyone seen this happen before? If you have suggestions as to what may be the resolution that woudl be extremely helpful!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like the same issue we discussed in an earlier thread. Where you able to submit a support case using the information I posted in that thread? If so, can you share the case number with me so I can take a look, please?
There's a number of things that could be causing this and it may be best to let us test the presentation. Again, any files you submit to us will remain confidential.
