I am having a problem publishing with articulate. Any time that I try to publish a presentation They open and within a few seconds they stop on an empty media player and it says "Presentation Complete" with it being slide 100 out of 106 at the bottom.
I produce a screencast almost every week for work, so I really need to figure out why this is happening.
Any help and adivce on how to remedy the situation would be greatly appreciated.
It has worked in the past and sometimes republishing the screencast fixes the issue.
We also discovered that older screencasts that had worked in the past is now running into the same issue as I had described. I am talking about screencasts made in 2008 for example.

Are you using Articulate Presenter 5 or Articulate Presenter '09?
I am using Articulate Presenter 09.
Does the issue only occur after you upload the presentation online?
Yes.

I talked to my supervisor and she informed me that the issue is also happening on the local computer as well.
What could be the reason that its happening on the computer as well?

It sounds like the software isn't installed properly. Can you try reinstalling it from the Control Panel?

I have followed all these instructions to fix my similar issue and it still is not publishing - anyone have any ideas.
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 - Office 2010 (32bit) - tried Studio Pro 09 update 6, 7 & 8.
No antivirus on system. Laptop.
