Hi All - I have a presentation that no matter how far the person has gone in the class, if they close the course and come back to it later, the Resume feature always takes them back to slide #50. Slide 50 is question #2 of a quiz, but there are other quizzes prior to it and after it that with content in between. Our LMS guy says Articulate is communicating ok with Saba, and I made sure Articulate is set to Resume and Ignore Flash Cookies. We've checked the quizzes, and they are all the same as far as settings. We are stymied. Any ideas?
Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

Hello! I never did find out why that was happening. We wondered about a few things, though. We had some slides with graphics on them we created in Articulate Engage, and our LMS didn't seem to like those. Also, our presentation was very long (it really should have been broken down into smaller modules) so maybe the length of it had something to do with it. We eventually moved to a different LMS where we found similar content to ours so we just used that instead.

I am having the same issue with multiple courses. I tested in the SCORM cloud and had something similar. Were you able to identify an issue here?
