Articulate Mobile Player

I have received complaints from some of my students that the presentations are not working on their iPads. Tried it on mine and, sure enough, they are not. When you launch the presentation, you are directed to a splash screen that the Articulate Mobile Player needed to be downloaded.
Following the link to the App Store, the "OPEN" icon is shown.Touching the "OPEN" icon leads to a screen the states "No content."
Worked a few days ago, doesn't work today.

It sounds as if the initial link isn't active any more?
Where are you hosting the content the students are trying to access?

I am having the person that takes care of that end answer that. I have no idea but she does. Thanks for the hint..

I have just read that any content hosted in Google drives now won't work?
I presume Google have changed something so we cannot use Google drive to host.
Which means finding another way.
I hope you resolve your problem. But do shout if you still have no joy.

I have upgraded Studio 13. Question: Is there a way to tell what version was used to publish a Presenter presentation???
Hi Peter! Honestly, I'm not sure off the top of my head and cannot put my finger on any documentation. I have reached out to the team and will post if I find out differently :)
Hi Peter! That was fast ;) I thought I had seen the information before.
If you take a look at the presentation.html file with Notepad - you should be able to see the version that produced the content.
