I have been taking a self-paced course for over a year. I play it on my desktop. But suddenly, last night, instead of the course playing, I got a grey screen with a small icon atop. I can't figure out why or what to do to get the presentation to play again.
It is a presentation that is on a CD. I downloaded it to my computer, and could play it from here. I put the CD in the computer today to see if it would play from there, but it would not. I got the same gray box with a square.
The only thing that changed recently is I did an upgrade on Adobe Flash Player. Then I uninstalled and re-installed. Now it's uninstalled again. I don't know if that has anything to do with this problem, but that is all I can think of.
Locally, when I am opening html file, it is working but I am getting problem when I am uploading to the web server. Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

Hi Helen and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! Where was your presentation published? Has anything changed?

Thank you.
Hi Helen! Thank you for sharing some additional details with me. That is most likely the issue with the presentation as it would need Flash to play
Try to install again and that may resolve the problem.
I have the similar kind of problem too. Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi Sachindra!
Thanks for the image, we have seen this error before. Check out this article on correcting your upload and see if it helps.
