I have searched for two days to find a solution for this issue and have not had any success. I found one article telling me to ensure the add-in is checked as enabled, and it is. What I find interesting is that I can publish to Articulate Presenter from Quizmaker and Engage, yet the ribbon does not show up at all in PowerPoint. Can someone please assist with this issue? I am at a standstill as far as being able to work.......
Hi, June -- Sorry to hear of your troubles! Have you had a chance to take a look at this information when The Articulate Tab on the PowerPoint Ribbon Is Missing? Please let us know if that does the trick or if you continue to have issues. :)
Hi, June -- Many thanks for the update and for running through the repair steps offered. At this point, I think it would be best for our Support Engineers to take a closer look at the issue you're experiencing. I will go ahead and submit a ticket for you in just a moment, and you will be contacted via email as soon as possible. Your patience is appreciated. :)
Hi, June -- I just thought I would touch base to see how things worked out for you, as it appears that our Support Engineer, Gren, replied with some system-specific suggestions you could try. Please let us know if you are all set or if you still need assistance!
Thanks for your reply, June! It may be helpful to contact your IT group to ensure that Gren's email from 2/3/2016 8:42 PM was received, as occasionally, emails from Support are routed to a SPAM or junk folder in error.

Hi June!
If Articulate Studio '13 isn't working properly, a simple repair may fix the problem.

Hi Christie,
I actually completed all of those steps and still nothing. It is very strange because I can publish to Presenter from QM and Engage.
Hi June! I would advise the repair shared above :)
I forwarded the information to my IT group.
Thanks
So we have repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled. Everything but Presenter works. Makes no sense at all.

Hi,
Still nothing on my end. I was told my IT group was working with Articulate but I still don’t have the ribbon in PPT 2013.

I gave her email to my support group and it still didn't work.
Hi June!
I just resent the last e-mail to you again. So, keep an eye out for that :)
I too am having the same issue. The Presenter icon does not appear in my PowerPoint ribbon.
Hi Brenda! Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. Did you check out the solution that Christie shared above (link here)?
Yes, I did. Still not working.
