After upgrading Articulate Presenter 13 all add-ins are gone

Hello,
I have upgraded Articulate Presenter 13 this morning (last version available). Since, I can't work in Articulate anymore. I still see the Articulate tab in PowerPoint. But the buttons on the ribbon are disabled (click without action).
I have followed step by step the procedure shown here : http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter-13/the-articulate-tab-on-the-powerpoint-ribbon-is-missing-736
The problem remains. The add-ins have disappeard. In PowerPoint Options I don't find them at all : 'disabled items', 'PowerPoint Add-Ins' are empty. In 'COM add-ins', Articulate Presenter Communicator and Articulate Presenter Ribbon are marked.
Could anyone be able to explain me what to do ? It would very kind of you.

Hi Etienne!
This has happened to a few users post-upgrade.
If Articulate Studio '13 isn't working properly, a simple repair may fix the problem.
