Articulate Presenter '13 stops working when publishing

Starting last night, Articulate Presenter '13 started stopping whenever I attempted to publish. I published two courses back-to-back, then tried to publish the third. At first I thought it was just the one file, but it also happened with the courses I had just successfully published.
I've uninstalled & reinstalled Studio '13, then MS Office 2010 and Studio '13, and tried all the troubleshooting for the unexpected error in Presenter '13 on the forum, including everything in this post: http://community.articulate.com/forums/t/42645.aspx.
Nothing has worked, and of course I'm trying to get it to a client today. Could you please assist?

Yes, I went through all of the steps in the solution you linked to. I can still work in the course, and open Engage and Quizmaker through PPT. When I click the Publish button on the Articulate ribbon I get an error that reads:
Hi Toni! Please share your Articulate Package so that we can have a look at what may be going on.
