Good morning everyone! I keep getting this pop up while I'm trying to create a course. Has anyone ever seen this? What can I do to get it to work again?
Oh no Simona, sorry to hear you're still experiencing difficulty with your project.
Is it just this particular project or do you get an error when working in any project?
If it's just one file, you may be able to repair it by importing your slides into a new PowerPoint file. Here's how:
Create a new PowerPoint presentation.
Go to the Home tab on the PowerPoint ribbon, click the drop-down arrow beside New Slide, and choose Reuse Slides.
In the Reuse Slides panel, click the Browse button and choose Browse File.
Browse to your original PowerPoint file and click Open.
At the bottom of the Reuse Slides panel, mark the box to Keep source formatting.
Right-click the first slide in the Reuse Slides panel and select Insert All Slides.
Save the new presentation and publish with Presenter 360.
Articulate resources, such as audio and video, will need to be inserted again into the new presentation. You may need to export the narration from your original presentation, then import it into the new presentation.
If it's any project after all of your troubleshooting, I'd recommend sharing your Articulate Package with our team here.

Hello Simona,
Sorry to hear that you're getting an error when working on a Presenter project.
Please be sure that you are using the latest version of Studio 360, which is now Update 15. If you already are, a repair may be needed.
Hi Leslie,
I downloaded the latest update on Monday. How do I initiate a repair?
Hey Simona,
It's in the hyperlink I shared above, but you can find it right here as well.
Click 'View' in your e-mail if you cannot see the links so that you will be brought back to the actual forum post :)
Hi Lesilie,
It is still not working. I even went a step further and uninstalled the entire program and then reinstalled it. Still not working. Any ideas?
