I've created e-learning content that I'm trying to send to SMEs via email and they can't seem to access the information provided in the zip file. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, what was the workaround?

When they select the zip file, they may not know which file to select to view the eLearning content. They should be able select the presentation.html file and launch the presentation, but this requires a few steps that can be hard for some less technical SME's.
I have used SCORM Cloud before to share eLearning Content with SME's. It works well and is free for limited use. https://cloud.scorm.com. You can just share the link with them to the SCORM Cloud version of your content.
