We are running Presenter 2013 (update 5 1412.920) and trying to add video (mp4) to our presentation. We can add the video ok and the articulate box with options let's us preview the video and select the other options like advance automatically. However, once added to the presentation, the video doesn't play anymore either in previewing the PPTX or after the presentation is published. We've done this before without issue and am not sure why it's not working this time. Flash is running at version 16.0.0.235. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks Ashley. Turns out I moved the PPT to the desktop (from a LAN location) and it was only the videos added while the file was on the LAN that weren't playing. Re-adding them fixed the issue.

HI Mike,
There are some known reasons here on why videos won't play in your published content so you may want to begin by reviewing that. You'll also want to confirm that you're working on local project files as mentioned here.
