We have several presentations that were previously successfully published to Articulate Online. However, we now want to make changes to the presentations, and videos that play correctly through AO won't play in preview mode of Presenter '09. It seems as though the folder and/or file hierarchy must have changed on our C-drive, because the .ppta file size is very small (compared to other working presentations). Is there a way to find out where the files are supposed to be, to make them accessible by PowerPoint again? We're trying to avoid re-inserting all the video files.
