Hi there - after upgrading to Articualte '13 yesterday, the Articulate tab has disappeared from PowePoint. I tried the usual fix of going to Options > Add-ins > Disabled Add-ins but it's not there. Not in Add-ins > PowerPoint Add-ins either.
It sounds like you've already gone through the normal procedures outlined here, but I wanted to check, after your upgrade, were you prompted to activate and saw the Articulate tab at least once? If not, you may also want to begin with these directions.

Lastly, if neither of those work, have you done a repair of your Studio software?
