Articulate Video Encoder Problems

May 23, 2012

Im trying to use the batch encoding option in articulate encoder 09 and after the first video is done coverting, the following videos then receive the error message "the video could not be encoded". and then fails.

I have 50+ videos that need to be converted using the same settings so doing each one individually is not a quick and efficient solution.

Also I know this is in the "presenter" section but there isn't a Video Encoder Forum to which I am aware of.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also Steps i have tried to resolve my problems:

1. Installed k-lite and media player codecs

2. reinstalled articulate studio 09 pro

Hey Robby!

Sorry about the trouble you're having. Sounds like you've already tried the below solutions:

K-Lite Codec Pack Full (accept all default installation options):
http://www.free-codecs.com/K_Lite_Codec_Pack_download.htm

Media Player Codec Pack (deselect toolbar options during installation):
http://www.download.com/Media-Player-Codec-Pack/3000-13632_4-10749065.html

I'd recommend submitting a case to our support team at this point, giving them as much detail about the type of videos you're trying to convert, and they'll be happy to work with you to get this resolved. Thanks!
