Hello, I am using Presenter 13 and am trying to download a Presenter '09 Template. I receive an error saying there is no software to download the file. Is there something I need to do to allow my computer to download the template?

Hi. I have an old course that needs a minor update. It uses an artpkg. Based on what I've read, I understand that I can't use an artpkg with Presenter 360. I played with the player settings and was able to expand the player size. My issues is with the Flash videos inserted into the course. When the course gets to a slide with the Flash video, the player reverts to the smaller area and the video quality deteriorates to almost being illegible. Is there a setting I can change to maintain the player size?
I haven't seen the player change sizing between slides, so this is something I'd like to get our team to take a look at. Can you create an Articulate Presenter package and send it along here?

Studio '13 introduced a new player and the artpkg files from Studio '09 are no longer compatible.
