I would like to know if there is a way to open the documents attached in Articulate Presenter 09 without internet. Indeed some of my trainees live in countries where the internet connection is not always good.
To view your course and attachments offline, you'd have to publish your course for CD and launch it via the Launch_Presentation.exe. You can learn more here.
I am reading this thread but it seems like internet is still needed in order for this file to work. I saw another article about publishing a Presenter file via CD but that was from 5 years ago. Any new update on how to do this and still have presenter appear in its player and work offline?
Thanks Vincent! Unfortunately we are not looking to burn any CDs right now. Unless what you mean is just to select, 'publish the course for CD' and just take the .exe file?

Thanks Leslie for your help!
I had already done what you propose. Please find in the document attached some screenprints to better explain my problem.
That looks like a setting within Internet Explorer to allow pop-ups.
Ok, thank you Leslie ! :)
No problem.

Hi Tammy,
Happy to help!
The workflow that Leslie provided would be the best workflow for distributing the course offline. You will want to publish the course for CD and then launch the course using the Launch_Presentation.exe. This guide also provides some additional tips when publishing a course for CD: Presenter 360: Publishing a Course for CD or Other Local Media.
Please let us know if you have any questions about this!

You are correct, Tammy. No need to burn a CD :)
